LTD., THROUGH ITS DIRECTOR SHIV CHARAN AGARWAL VERSUS UNION OF INDIA, THROUGH SECRETARY REVENUE; ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR GENERAL; PRINCIPAL COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS, HYDERABAD 2021 (11) TMI 1165 - TELANGANA HIGH COURT , wherein, today, this court, after hearing both the counsel, granted interim stay of the impugned show cause notice therein till the next date of hearing, by passing a reasoned order. Till the next date, no consequential steps pursuant to the impugned show cause notice dated 26-06-2020 shall be taken by the respondents.
