ROM application allowed.
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT DELHI modified Final Order No. 55023-55024 dated 3.11.2016 to include the words '434' in the title, changing it to 'Arising out of Order-in-Appeal No. 433 - 434 (DKV)ST/JPR-I/2010'. The ROM application was allowed.
