We had directed the appellants to make a predeposit which has been complied with. In the present miscellaneous application, however, the appellants have stated that certain observation contained in our stay order is prejudicial to them. The learned counsel prays for expunction of such observation - The observations made and the view taken in our stay order need not necessarily be prejudicial to anybody - These observations and views will be replaced by a final decision - present application is unwarranted so dismissed
