2018 (7) TMI 780 - SCH - Central Excise

CENVAT Credit - Base oil - receipt of shorter quantity of base oil - Held that - There is no merit in the present Special Leave Petition. The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.

2017 (10) TMI 656 - HC

The Supreme Court of India, with judges Mr. Ranjan Gogoi and Mrs. R. Banumathi, dismissed the Special Leave Petition after finding no merit in it. The delay was condoned. The Respondent did not appear.
