Extended period of limitation - Held that - There is no merit in the present Special Leave Petition - The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.

2017 (7) TMI 1192 - HC

The Supreme Court of India dismissed the Special Leave Petition after finding no merit in it. The delay was condoned and the application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order was allowed.
