Summary

The Commissioner of Customs, Mumbai revoked the CHA license of the appellant for subletting and not obtaining authorization letters from clients. The revocation was sustained, but considering the loss of business, the revocation was terminated effective 31-12-2003, and the license was restored from 1-1-2004. The appeal was partly allowed.
