2004 (3) TMI 113 - AT - Customs

The appeal related to the valuation of blank video cassettes. The Deputy Commissioner of Customs valued them at US $ 1.10 per piece, but the Commissioner (Appeals) ordered assessment at the transaction value of US $ 58 per piece. The Tribunal found no impropriety in the Commissioner's decision and dismissed the appeal.
