2024 (10) TMI 339 - SC - Customs

The Supreme Court allowed the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn. In another case, the Special Leave Petition was disposed of after the petitioner's counsel stated that they will not press the petition, with the condition that customs authorities must comply with the statutory mandate of the Customs Act, 1962, if they seek to arrest the petitioner. All contentions and issues were left open for adjudication.
