Regulation 1 - Short title and commencement - Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009

NOTIFICATION NO. 26/2009-Cus., (N.T.), Dated: March 17, 2009 G.S.R. 174(E). - In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 141 read with section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These regulations may be called the Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
