India-Singapore Trade Agreement (Safeguard Measures) Rules, 2009 NOTIFICATION NO. 50/2009-Cus., (N.T.), Dated: May 12, 2009 G.S.R. 315(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read with section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules shall be called the India-Singapore Trade Agreement (Safeguard Measures) Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
