Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Chewing Tobacco and Unmanufactured Tobacco Packing Machines (Capacity Determination and Collection of Duty) Rules, 2010

Dated: February 27, 2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by s ub-sections (2) and (3) of section 3A of the Central Excise Act, 1944 (1 of 1944) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Chewing Tobacco and Unmanufactured Tobacco Packing Machines (Capacity Determination and Collection of Duty) Rules, 2010. (2) They shall come into force on the 8th March, 2010.
