New Delhi, 31 st December, 2009 10 Pausa, 1931 (SAKA) G.S.R. … (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trade Agreement between the Governments of the Republic of India and the Republic of Korea) Rules, 2009. (2) They shall come into force on the 1 st day of January, 2010.
