Rule 5C - Section 77A. - Companies (Central Government’s) General Rules and Forms, 1956

Section 77A. [1] [ [2] [05C. (1) A declaration of solvency under sub-section (6) of section 77A shall be in Form 4A. (2) The register of the securities bought back by a company under sub-section (9) of section 77A shall be in Form 4B.
