If you fail to submit your affidavit of proof within the time limited as aforesaid, you will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution of dividend before your debt is admitted, or as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution. If so required by notice in writing from me, you should attend upon the investigation of your debt or claim at such time and place as shall be specified in the notice and produce such evidence of your debt or claim as may be required.'
