The Companies (Official Liquidator's Accounts) Rules, 1965 [1] [Notification No. GSR 1096, dated 26-7-1965] In exercise of the powers conferred by section 552 and clause (b) of the proviso to section 647, read with sub-section (1) of section 642 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: 01. Short title.
