Rule 1 - Short title and commencement. - Producer Companies (General Reserves) Rules, 2003

G.S.R. 112(E) dated 11-02-2021 Producer Companies (General Reserves) Rules, 2003 [1] [Notification GSR No. 641(E), dated 7-8-2003] In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 642, read with sub-section (1) of section 581ZL of the Companies Act, 1956 the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 01. Short title and commencement.-(1) These rules may be called the Producer Companies (General Reserves) Rules, 2003.
