Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of the United Arab Republic and Yugoslavia) Rules, 1976

[Notification No. 353-Cus., dated 2-8-1976.] (As amended by Notification No. 132/86-Cus., dt. 17.2.1986) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :— 1. Short title and commencement. — (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of the United Arab Republic and Yugoslavia) Rules, 1976. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
