Notification No. 43/2011-Customs (N.T.) DATED 1 st July, 2011 G.S.R. (E) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods Under the Preferential Trade Agreement Between the Governments of the Republic of India and Malaysia) Rules, 2011. (2) They shall come into force on the 1 st day of July, 2011.
