NOTIFICATION NO 55/2011-Cus., (NT), Dated: July 1, 2011 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the Republic of India and Japan) Rules, 2011. (2) They shall come into force on the 1 st day of August, 2011.
