NO. 5/18/2005-CL-V], DATED 5-10-2011 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 642 read with section 610B of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely : 1 [Short title and Commencement 1.
