Rule 1 - Short title and commencement. - Nidhi Rules, 2014

[TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE GAZETTE OF INDIA, EXTRAORDINARY, PART II, SECTION 3, SUB-SECTION (i)] Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification New Delhi, dated 31-03-2014 G.S.R. 258(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of section 406 read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of 469 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These Rules may be called Nidhi Rules, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
