THE SECOND SCHEDULE [ See section 109( a )] In the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, ( a ) in Chapter 20, for the entry in column (4) occurring against tariff item 2008 19 10, the entry 45% shall be substituted; ( b ) in Chapter 84, for the entry in column (4) occurring against tariff item 8421 99 00, the entry 10% shall be substituted.
