Amendment of Act 15 of 1992. 144. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992(15 of 1992) (hereafter in this Part referred to as the principal Act), in section 2, in sub-section (1), (A) after clause (d), the following clauses shall be inserted, namely: (da) Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999); (db) Judicial Member means a Member of the Securities Appellate Tribunal appointed under sub-section (1) of section 15MA and includes the Presiding Officer; ; (B) after clause (f), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: (fa) Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); ; (C) after clause (i), the following clause shall be inserted, namely: (j) Technical Member means a Technical Member appointed under sub-section (1) of section 15MB. .
