Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - India-Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (Bilateral Safeguard Measures) Rules, 2017

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (Central Board of Excise and Customs) NOTIFICATION No. 77/2017 - Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 4th August, 2017 G.S.R. 992 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) read with sub-section (1) of section 25 and section 156 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the India-Korea Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (Bilateral Safeguard Measures) Rules, 2017. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
