Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Rules of Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trading Agreement between the Republic of India and the Republic of Chile Rules, 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Rule 1 : Short title and commencement: – (i) These rules may be called the Rules of Determination of Origin of Goods under the Preferential Trading Agreement between the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /> Republic of India and the Republic of Chile Rules , 2007(hereinafter referred as the “Agreement”).
