INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th June, 2017 1 [INSOLVENCY AND BANKRUPTCY BOARD OF INDIA (FAST TRACK INSOLVENCY RESOLUTION PROCESS FOR CORPORATE PERSONS) REGULATIONS, 2017] No. IBBI/2017-18/GN/REG 012.- In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 58, 196 and 208 read with section 240 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India hereby makes the following Regulations, namely- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These Regulations may be called the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Fast Track Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2017. (2) These Regulations shall come into force on June 14, 2017. (3) These Regulations shall apply to the fast track process under Chapter IV of Part II of the Code. ******************** Notes:- 1.
