Opening of the issue 44 . (1) Subject to the compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 , a public issue may be opened within twelve months from the date of issuance of the observations by the Board under regulation 25 ; (2) An issue shall be opened after at least three working days from the date of 1 [ filing ] , the red herring prospectus, in case of a book built issue and the prospectus, in case of a fixed price issue, with the Registrar of Companies. ************* NOTES:- 1.
