Regulation 75 - Abridged letter of offer - Securities And Exchange Board of India (Issue Of Capital And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018Extract Abridged letter of offer 75. (1) The abridged letter of offer shall contain the disclosures as specified by the Board in Part F of Schedule VI and shall not contain any matter extraneous to the contents of the letter of offer. (2) Every application form distributed by the issuer or any other person in relation to the issue shall be accompanied by a copy of the abridged letter of offer.
