9B. 1 [ **** ] ************* NOTES:- 1 Omitted, by the SEBI (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, w.e.f. 5-7-2011.. Prior to its omission, regulation 9B read as under: 9B. Period of validity of certificate.─ The certificate of registration granted under regulation 8 and its renewal granted under regulation 9, shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue.
