MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS Notification New Delhi , the 21st August, 2018 G.S.R. 793(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (7) of section 125 and section 469 of the Companies Act 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Recruitment, Salary and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Deputy General Manager, Private Secretary, Personal Assistant, Stenographer, Senior Secretariat Assistant (SSA) and Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) Recruitment Rules, 2018. (2) These rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
