DEPOSITORIES (APPEAL TO SECURITIES APPELLATE TRIBUNAL) RULES, 2000 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 read with section 23A, of the Depositories Act, 1996 (22 of 1996), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- Short title and commencement 1. (1) These rules may be called the Depositories (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 2000. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
