Documents to accompany memorandum of appeal 11. 1 [ (1) Every memorandum of appeal shall be in five copies and shall be accompanied with copies of the order, at least one of which shall be a certified copy, against which the appeal is filed. ] (2) Where a party is represented by authorised representative, a copy of the authorization to act as the authorised representative and the written consent thereto by such authorized representative, shall be appended to the appeal. ************* 1 Substituted by the Depositories (Appeal to Securities Appellate Tribunal) (Amendment) Rules, 2005 , w.e.f. 31.1.2005.
