Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Annual Report) Rules, 2021

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th March, 2021 G.S.R. 176(E). -In exercise of powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (2) of section 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) and in supersession of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Annual Report) Rules, 1994 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These rules may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Annual Report) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
