New Delhi, the 31st March, 2021 G.S.R. 239(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement . - (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation and Partnership Agreement between the Republic of India and the Republic of Mauritius) Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of April, 2021.
