45. Power to remove difficulties. In order to remove any difficulties in the interpretation and application of the provisions of these regulations, the Board may issue necessary clarifications The Board may specify such disclosure and process requirements, as may be necessary for protection of interests of investors and securities market and, inter alia, for regulation of all schemes, by listed companies for the benefit of their employees, involving dealing, directly or indirectly, in shares and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
