New Delhi, the 30th April, 2022 G.S.R. 329(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between India and the United Arab Emirates) Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of May, 2022.
