25. Confidentiality.- (1) The information obtained by the competent authority of the importing Party can be utilised for arriving at a decision regarding the determination of origin in respect of the product under verification and can be used in the legal proceedings concerning issues under these rules and under its laws and regulations. (2) Both Parties shall protect the information from any unauthorised disclosure in accordance with their respective laws and regulations.
