Regulation 97 - Repeal and Savings - Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001

1 [ Repeal and Savings 97. (1) On and from the date of commencement of these regulations- (a) the terms and conditions of the service of the existing whole-time employees of the Board shall stand modified in accordance with the provisions of these regulations; (b) the Securities and Exchange Board of India Service Regulations, 1988 stand repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of Securities and Exchange Board of India Service Regulations, 1988, anything done or any action taken thereunder shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these regulations. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
