11. Amount of Fee. The amount of fee payable along with the notice in Form I or Form II as specified in schedule I to these regulations, as the case may be, shall be as under, (a) where the notice is filed in Form I , the fee payable shall be rupees thirty lakh only; (b) where the notice is filed in Form II , the fee payable shall be rupees ninety lakh only.
