New Delhi, the 13 th August, 2008 S.O . - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff [Determination of Origin of Products under the Duty Free Tariff Preference Scheme for Least Developed Countries] Rules, 2008. (2) These rules shall come into force from the date of their publication.
