Accordingly, in paragraph 50 of the judgment and order dated 04.02.2019 passed by this court in Special Civil Application No.14558 of 2018 and allied matters, the words inserted vide preceding the words clause (xii) shall stand deleted, and the word inserted shall be inserted after the words Notification No.18/2015-Cus and a comma shall be added after the date 13.10.2017 at the end of the fourth line thereof - The Note stands disposed of accordingly.
