Subject:- Whether where shares are held by minors, names of guardians alone should be entered in register The minors are incompetent to enter into any contract and as such their names cannot be entered in the register of members of the company. Therefore, the names of the guardians of the minors should be entered in the register of members with a view to comply with the provisions of law in this respect.
