Issuance of Statutory Form in respect of dealers of KDU, Special Zone and Zone-I to Zone-IV GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER, VALUE ADDED TAX DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND TAXES VYAPAR BHAWAN, I.P. ESTATE, NEW DELHI CIRCULAR NO. 10 OF 2007-08 Issuance of Statutory Form in respect of dealers of KDU, Special Zone and Zone-I to Zone-IV have been started from newly created Centralized Form Cell (CFC). The files of the dealers who used to obtain Statutory Forms as per list provided by the EDP Cell, have been sent by all the concerned Assessing Authorities to CFC. It has been observed that the list of dealers, provided by EDP Cell is not complete. Hence, all the Assessing Authorities of KDU, Special Zone and Zone I to IV are hereby advised to send the folders of those dealers who used to obtain Statutory Forms but their names were not mentioned in the EDP list and the folders of the dealers who have applied for the Form for the first time. It is further advised that all the Assessing Authorities should verify NO DUES against the dealer whose request for Statutory Form is for the first time and send the same to the concerned Value Added Tax Officer (CFC).
