Notification of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol 1) PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 01/2004-09 Dated 31/08/2004 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby notifies the Handbook of Procedures (Volume 1) as contained in Annexure to this Public Notice and the Appendices to the Handbook of Procedures (Volume 1) as available on the website of Directorate General of Foreign Trade at http://dgft.delhi.nic.in.
