Amendments in the Hand Book of Procedure (Vol.1), 2004-2009 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 59/2007 Dated 04/10/2007 In exercise of power conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I): 1. In Appendix 14-I-A, the following clause shall be inserted : "V-A: Intermediate Products, if any, which are to be taken out for job work abroad as part of production process."
