Amendments in Public Notice No.72(RE-06)/2004-2009 dated 28.11.2006 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 75/2006 Dated 14/12/2006 S.O.(E) - In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Public Notice No.72(RE-06)/2004-2009 dated 28th November 2006:- 1. In para 1 (ii), the words "Pondicherry Port" shall be substituted by the words "Chennai Port" 2. This issues in Public Interest.
