Submission of Applications in terms of para 3.8.6 of FTP. - DGFT - 04 / AM.08

OFICE OF THE ZONAL JOINT DIRECTOR GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE (CLA), NEW DELHI Dated : 07.01.2008 TRADE NOTICE NO..04 / AM.08 Sub : Submission of Applications in terms of para 3.8.6 of FTP. Attention of the Trade is invited to para 3.8.6 of FTP as amended vide Notification No.66 dated 26.12.2007 read with Public notice no.93 dtd 26.12.2007. All Status holders may apply for grant of duty credit scrip for exports made during 2007-08 to RA, CLA, New Delhi in ANF for para 3.8.6 along with documents prescribed therein. Applicants may file one application before the last date prescribed for each half year period (Apr-Sep / Oct-Mar). Applications for exports during Apr-Sep 2007 shall be filed from 15.01.2008 to 15.02.2008 and for exports during Oct-Mar 2008 application shall be filed from 1.05.2008 to 31.05.2008. Applications received after the last date shall be summarily rejected, as Para 9.2 and Para 9.3 shall not be applicable in this case. Date of exports shall be determined in terms of Para 9.12. Application fee shall be the same as it is for VKGUY benefits under Para 3.8.2. All the applicants are required to submit the applications manually in Zonal Office, CLA, New Delhi, at counter specified for receipt of fresh applications.
