Allocation of new heads of accounts - Service Tax - Trade Notice No. 1/99 - Raipur

Attention of the Service Tax assessees and all concerned are invited to the Trade Notice No. 34/98, (Service Tax No. 4/98), dated 23-12-1998 issued by the Commissioner, Central Excise Commissionerate, Raipur. 2. In continuation to the above Trade Notice, a list (Annexure - H) showing major heads/minor heads sub-heads of Accounts for making payment of Service Tax is enclosed herewith. 3. These heads of accounts are specified by the Dy. Controller of Accounts, CBEC, New Delhi for the Service Tax assessees who are brought down under the net of service tax w.e.f. 16-10-1998 viz Architect Services, Interior decorators/Designer s services, Mechanised slaughter House Services, Under Writer services, credit rating agency services, Chartered Accountant services, Cost Accountant services, Company Secretary services, Real Estate Agent/consultant Services, Security/Detective Agency services, Market Research Agency services, Management consultant services.
