No. 450/117/2013-Cus IV Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue Central Board of Excise and Customs 227B, North Block New Delhi, dated : 14.01.2016 To All Chief Commissioner of Customs / Customs (Preventive) All Chief Commissioners of Customs and Central Excise Sir / Madam, Kind reference is invited to Board's letter dated 04.01.2016 (copy enclosed) wherein it was requested to provide port wise details/figures for unclaimed containers of plant and plant products, abondoned/confiscated by the customs or the custodian however the requisite report is still awaited. A copy of the reference was sent by e-mail also. 2. The report is being called in reference to the issue discussed in the Central CCFC meeting and same has to be forwarded to Department of Agriculture, Cooperation Farmer Welfare. It is therefore, once again requested to expedite forwarding the report urgently to Board. 3.
