VIII/233 Date : 17/08/2016 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 69/2016 Sub: NOC from Assistant Drugs Controller not required for export consignments to USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and European Union- reg. Attention of all Importers/Exporters, CHAS and all concerned is invited to the Drugs Controller General of India (DCGI)'s Notice F. No. DCGI/MISC/2015(199) dated 11th December, 2015 on the above subject. 2. It has been decided that there shall not be any requirement of No Objection Certificate from the Port offices of Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation for the export consignments to USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and European Union with effect from 1st January, 2016. This is being done in pursuit to bring ease in the drug regulatory practices in relation to export of drugs, medical devices and cosmetics. 3. All the stakeholders are however required to comply with the regulatory requirements of the importing countries as per their specific need. 4.
